Spending time with the Dayton Righters and seeing my Grandpa’s olympic gold medal

A memorable trip to South Africa

….spending time with the staff and students on our project

…seeing the Mamelodi Initiative in action and spending time with everyone at the program

…Learning about South African history and photographing life in the Mamelodi township

…A one day safari at Kruger National Park that included being stuck between lions and rhinos for an hour after dark.  We saw so many amazing animals and we survived to tell the story!
